    1. Here are a few things you can do if your Arctic Air Ultra portable air conditioner won’t turn on after you unplugged it while it was on:

      1. Wait for a few minutes. Sometimes, all it takes is a few minutes for the air conditioner to reset itself. If it still doesn’t turn on after a few minutes, proceed to the next step.
      2. Check the power cord. Make sure that the power cord is properly plugged into the outlet and the air conditioner. Try plugging it into a different outlet to see if that works.
      3. Reset the air conditioner. There is usually a reset button on the air conditioner. Press and hold the button for a few seconds to reset it.
      4. Check the fuse or circuit breaker. If the air conditioner is still not turning on, check the fuse or circuit breaker in your home. Make sure that it is not tripped.
      5. Contact customer support. If you have tried all of the above and the air conditioner still doesn’t turn on, contact customer support for assistance.
      I hope this help!

    My Arcticair keeps turning off
    Showing ex on the screen,
It seeme to also be leaking water into the reservoir instead of draining out the hose That was installed
This has been a recent problem
It has run for long periods of time with no problems (??) how do I resolve this

    1. Hi,

The “EX” error code on the Arctic Air Ultra portable air conditioner means that the unit is overheating. To resolve the issue, you can try the following:
      1. Make sure that the unit is getting enough airflow. Place the unit in a well-ventilated area.
      2. Make sure that the unit is level. If the unit is not level, it may not be able to drain properly.
      3. Clean the unit’s coils. The coils can become clogged with dust and debris, which can prevent the unit from cooling properly.
      4. Make sure that the unit is properly draining. The hose should be connected to a drain pan or a sink. The hose should also be free of kinks or bends
      I hope this helps!
