Water is not draining from the back of the air conditioner. It is collecting in the tray and draining down the wall inside the house. How do I find the outlet pipe to see if it is clogged

    1. Hi,
The outlet pipe for an air conditioner is usually located near the outdoor unit. It is a small, white PVC pipe that typically has a cap on it. To find the outlet pipe, look for a vertical pipe with a cap near the indoor unit.

Here are the steps on how to find the outlet pipe of an air conditioner:

+ Turn off the power to the air conditioner at the breaker and the thermostat.
+ Locate the indoor unit of the air conditioner. This is usually located in an attic or crawlspace.
+ Look for a vertical pipe with a cap near the indoor unit. This is the outlet pipe.
+ Remove the cap from the outlet pipe.
If the outlet pipe is clogged, you can try to clear it with a wire hanger or a drain snake. If the pipe is still clogged, you may need to call a qualified technician to clear it for you.
      I hope this helps!
