  1. Good Morning Aris
I have a Europace 3 in 1 unit. The model is ESAC M 321CU. There is a P4 error code and was told that it is a power board failure in the condenser; It shuts down after a while. Europace informed that they have no part. I also learned that Europace does not manufacture but uses Midea air con units, rebranded. Strangely, i see a MIDEA unit M30A21 ; I am doing guess work. I called MIDEA and they refused to come.
Can you suggest how to fix the issue.

    1. I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re experiencing with your Europace 3 in 1 unit. The P4 error code indicates a power board failure in the condenser, which is causing the unit to shut down after a while.

It’s unfortunate that Europace has informed you that they have no parts to fix the issue. However, since you’ve discovered that Europace rebrands Midea air con units, it’s possible that your unit may be similar to the Midea M30A21 unit you’ve found.

If you’re comfortable with it, you could try to open up your unit and see if you can locate the power board. If you’re lucky, the power board may have a part number or label that could help you find a replacement online. You could also try contacting Midea again and explaining the situation, as they may be more willing to help if they realize the unit is similar to one of their own models.

If you’re not comfortable opening up the unit or searching for replacement parts yourself, you may need to hire a professional to diagnose and fix the issue. You could try searching for local appliance repair shops or air conditioning repair services to see if they can help. Be sure to provide them with as much information as possible, including the make and model of your unit and the P4 error code.

Hope this help you and also don’t hesitate to share next update!
